About Me
I'm an observational Astrophysics PhD student at Lancaster University in the UK. With a profound interest in the study of galaxy formation and evolution, I'm currently focusing on the search for the dust emission from Lyman alpha emitter (LAE) galaxies in the COSMOS field using submillimeter data from the JCMT telescope.
With a background in physics, I completed my Master's degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali (Punjab). Prior to that, I spent most of my schooling years at Maharishi Aurobindo Ghosh Inter College Dakpathar (Uttarakhand).
As a dedicated researcher, I'm always looking to expand my knowledge and understanding of the universe. Through my research, I hope to contribute towards advancing our understanding of the cosmos and unraveling some of its mysteries.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I'm also an enthusiastic traveller and enjoy exploring new cultures and cuisines. I love spending time in nature, hiking, and camping. With my passion for astrophysics and my thirst for knowledge, I'm also a die-hard fan of cricket, with a special passion for test cricket. For me, test cricket is not just a game, but a true test of skill, endurance, and strategy.
